Our Learning Philosophy

We believe that early childhood is the most critical window for brain development. To ensure optimal safety, individualized care, and state compliance, our classrooms strictly follow Illinois DCFS staff-to-child ratio and maximum group size regulations.

Infants (6 Weeks to 14 Months)

Nurturing, calm, and safe environments for your baby's first milestones.

Illinois DCFS Ratio: 1 teacher to 4 infants (Maximum group size: 12)

The Focus: Building secure emotional bonds, sensory exploration, and early motor skill development.

Key Activities: Tummy time, music and rhythmic movement, sensory play, and outdoor fresh-air stroller walks.

Toddlers (15 Months through 23 Months)

Illinois DCFS Ratio: 1 teacher to 5 toddlers (Maximum group size: 15)

Key Activities: Interactive storytimes, hands-on arts and crafts, stacking blocks, and gross motor playground play.

Blended Early Childhood Classroom (Ages 2 to 5 Years)
